When will Kia release the EV6 in the United States?
Kia’s first ever dedicated electric car, built on the newly developed E-GMP platform, is all set to be released in the United States, Europe and other markets worldwide.
The South Korean automaker have already started promotion activities in different parts of the world revealing all important facts and technical specifications of this highly capable all-electric crossover.
There have been plenty of details given to the media already in regards to the official release dates of the 2022 EV6.
For example, the 2022 Kia EV6 US-market release date is set for the beginning of the 2022.
The European market EV6 debut has been set for the second half of this year with first deliveries set in place for the autumn this year.

2022 Kia EV6 release date: United States

According to Kia America, the 2022 EV6 will be released at the beginning of 2022. Unlike the previously available Kia electric cars, such a the Niro EV and Soul EV, which were only available in select US states, the upcoming EV6 is going to put on sale in all 50 US states. This is big news!
The other important news in regards to the EV6 release date in US is that the range-topping EV6 GT, which does a sprint from 0-60 MPH in 3,5 seconds, will not be available to purchase right from the beginning, but is slated to go on sale in US later in that year.
Kia America states the EV6 GT is scheduled to go on sale in late 2022, which means first deliveries will hit the dealerships in either Q3 or Q4 of the year!
Consumers with high interest in this striking Kia electric crossover, which may also be called the best Kia vehicle ever built, had already had a chance to get an early bird through an advanced reservation. At the beginning of June, Kia.com offered a limited run of 1,500 units of the EV6 First Edition with some nice extra features and unique exterior colors.
$100 reservation was required, while a total price of the EV6 Limited Edition was $58,500 (MSRP). All 1,500 units were sold out the day the offer became available.

Kia is well aware of that so UK is one of the first markets in the European continent to get the all-electric EV6 crossover.
According to the Kia UK official website, the all-new Kia EV6 has already been officially released there and is also available to pre-order. First deliveries, however, are expected for October this year.
