All Kia vehicles displayed at the 2020 Auto Expo In India.
We already made you all aware that Kia had unveiled their Sonet concept SUV at the 2020 Auto Expo in India, but that was not the only model they had on display.
Kia also showed off the Seltos X-Line concept, Carnival minivan, Niro and Soul EV’s, Xceed CUV, and the Stonic small crossover.
We don’t expect that all of these vehicles will arrive in the Indian market, but it is very obvious that Kia sees India as a major player in their global sales plan.
This is a fantastic way for Kia to show off their range of vehicles to Indian consumers, especially since the Korean automaker did not even have a presence in India until they released the Seltos SUV there in mid-2019.
Let’s take a closer look at the 7 vehicles that Kia has on display at the 2020 Auto Expo.

1. Kia Sonet concept SUV
The star of the Auto Expo event has to be the Kia Sonet concept SUV. The reason it gets that label is because this one is a near production concept model that will be on the roads in India a little later this year. Set for release in August 2020, the Sonet SUV will slot in below the incredibly popular Seltos compact crossover.
2. Kia Seltos X-Line concept
The Kia Seltos X-Line concept is essentially the cool compact crossover on steroids. More rugged looking than the base model, the X-Line comes with a number of body accents that give it a more chiseled look.
The front design, which features a futuristic looking grille, is particularly easy on the eyes. Changes to the bumpers in front and back, as well as the addition of a roof rack, skid plate, and off-road inspired body panels makes this vehicle look ready for anything you care to throw at it.
While the Sonet is sure to be the vehicle that is most important to the Indian market, the Seltos X-Line may just give us a glimpse of what we might see in showrooms on this side of the pond in the near future.
3. Kia Carnival minivan
North American drivers may recognize this model, as it was released as the Kia Sedona in the U.S. It is now available in India as the Kia Carnival premium MPV.
Already in showrooms across the country, the all-new Kia Carnival comes with a 2.2-liter diesel engine mated to an 8-speed automatic under the hood. That combination delivers a level of performance and refinement that puts the Carnival at the top of the class.
4. Kia Soul EV
The ever-popular Kia Soul became Kia’s first globally available EV model, with its excellent range and power adding a new level of cool to this funky little crossover.
The all-electric Soul EV comes with your choice of mid- or long-range battery packs, both of which offer more power and driving range than most of the other EV models currently on the market.

5. Kia Niro electric vehicle
Utilizing a state of the art 64-kWh lithium-ion polymer battery and powerful electric motor, the Niro EV delivers both range and performance. The clever placement of the battery pack under the floor means more cabin space for passengers. The Niro comes with an amazing 450 km range on a full charge.
6. Kia Xceed
Exclusive to the European market, the Xceed is a truly practical compact crossover that rides and handles like a hatchback. The Xceed is loaded with all the latest safety and infotainment technologies, making it a high-tech vehicle that is an absolute blast to drive!
7. Kia Stonic
Rounding up the 7 vehicles Kia have put on display at the 2020 Auto Expo is the Euro-exclusive Kia Stonic sub-compact crossover. A Rio-based funky crossover is a practical 5-door hatchback with more ground clearance than a regular city car.
