Kia showed off the all-new 2017 Kia Cadenza yesterday, and now the near luxury sedan has been spotted out and about.
The Cadenza, or K7 as it’s known domestically, was spotted cruising the streets in South Korea.
Regardless of the name, the vehicle will be virtually identical in international markets, and I think that we can all agree that the new look really is very impressive.
One of the things that really jumps out are Z-shaped LED daytime running lights, as well as the ice cube LED lights around back.
A chrome bar connecting the lights in the rear also carry that Z-shape, which helps create a nice balance.
Kia Cadenza redesign spy pictures
The images appear to show a Cadenza that is a little larger and lower to the ground than the outgoing model.
Engine options are not yet available, but the “3.3” badge in the images suggests that there will be a 3.3L V6 twin turbo engine, like the one in the Genesis G90, under the hood.
Again, there is very little to go on in regards the interior, although the official Kia images suggest a cabin that is of a much higher quality.
Leather, wood trim, and metallic accents, as well as a large infotainment screen, are all included.
We will know more as we draw ever closer to the launch date in South Korea.

Now I’m curious, where did they come up with the new design for the Sportage when the new front end of that CUV doesn’t even go with anything within the entire brand?
I want a KIA SUV in the Genesis Division!!! Kia is more expierenced in the utility area than Hyundai. It would benfit the Genesis brand to challenge the Land Rover Range Rover with a Kia platformer UTILITY vehicle.
Yeah jtz I agree with you
